Without any glaring problems to the edges or the surface, it's hard to understand why a Topps high number card this full of lively color and so amazingly well-centered doesn't warrant a grade higher than PSA 2. Sure, there's plenty of wear and tear around the perimeter, but if cards graded GOOD all looked this ... well, good ... most people would skip the higher price tag of better grades and stick with this.
