While it doesn't carry the same glorious legacy as the Mickey Mantle card from the same series, the 1952 Topps card of Hall of Famer Willie Mays is just as important to secure for any advanced collection. Graded PSA 3.5 primarily due to the centering variance, the one superior aspect to the grade is that robust central image depicted the up and coming "Say Hey Kid" in perfect clarity. The corners appear relatively squared and superior to the overall grade, and the well-struck reverse, also showing a centering shift, has no other serious impediments.
