It seems like every one of our auctions lately has a 1948 Leaf rookie card of Hall of Famer Jackie Robinson that offers eye appeal well in excess of the grade, and here we go again. Fantastic color, a relatively sharp image, and solid centering for the issue all combine with a perimeter that appears sharper than the grade suggests to create an offering with tremendous value. The reverse is also very sound given the grade. And of course, the historical importance of the card makes it one of the most coveted issues ever created. If you've been trying to land a modestly graded Jackie but have been waiting for one that looks sharp, you've found it.
