An outstanding image from Joe DiMaggio's rookie year of 1936. The Type II photo captures a candid shot of the two sluggers with bats present. Lou Gehrig and Joe DiMaggio appear nearly as formidable as Ruth and Gehrig did just a few years earlier. The 7" x 9" image appears in terrific condition with a United Press International stamp apparent on the reverse. LOA PSA/DNA Henry Yee Type II.
