Measuring about 6" x 8" in size, the offered Type I News Service Photo depicts Joe Jackson while on vacation in Tampa Florida. The news caption on verso talks about possible reinstatement into baseball as a result of the outcome of a certain legal case. It also mentions that he was barred from baseball some 15 years prior and that he now owns businesses in both Savannah, GA and Greenville, S.C. The reverse bears a news service stamp and a 1935 date stamp on this EX/EX-MT condition photo.
