Proudly offered is a drool-worthy example of Lloyd "Little Poison" Waner's 1933 Goudey issue that has recently been graded MINT 9 by PSA. 1 of just 2 examples in its grade with 0 higher from 220 submissions to PSA, and with none like it (or even remotely close) over at SGC. Even more impressive, this sensational near-GEM is 1 of now just 235 total 1933 Goudey examples that have climbed the gilded grading ladder to the exclusive MINT 9 plateau from well over 62,000 total examples on record at PSA and SGC combined. Hailing from a perfectly preserved virgin collection out of New England, this masterpiece Goudey features MINT to MINT+ corners between delightfully chip-free GEM MINT edges around a noticeably clean and near perfectly preserved obverse touting a richly impressed image of the much-debated Hall of Famer. Along with his Hall of Fame big brother, Paul, the Waner's hold the career record for most hits by brothers, edging out all three Alous and even the three DiMaggio's, a convincing HOF-worthy feat if there ever was one.
