It's only fitting that baseball's first all-star game, simply called an exhibition at the time, should feature a home run from Babe Ruth, clearly past his prime at the age of 38 but still the most electrifying name in baseball history and the primary reason that the game recovered after the 1919 "Black Sox" scandal. The featured ticket stub comes from that game, the first opportunity for fans to see all of the great stars assemble for what would become the annual "midsummer classic." PSA authenticated.
