In this 1928 Associated Press 7 1/8" x 9" photo, the Babe is shaking hands with Johnny Sylvester, a 13 year-old kid he had given a ball to while visiting a local hospital. The photo shows wear indicative of its age, and contains the AP photo stamp and press release on the reverse, outlining how the now 32 year-old Sylvester had reunited with the Babe on "Babe Ruth Day", April 26th, 1947.
