Graded NM/MT 8 by PSA. Of the twenty examples of this card that have crossed the graders' desks at PSA, only one example in addition to the offered copy of this card was deemed to have been worthy of the NM/MT praise associated with this card. Four strong upper end corners have repelled the notion of advancing wear from the spectacle of the interior of this prestigious pasteboard. The surface is astounding with a bright bold intense red that acts as a perfect frame for the HOF ballplayer. The centering, while within the stringent PSA requirements, does show a slightly tilted bias for the left edge. The reverse is well printed and devoid of any disturbing caramel staining which is so common to the issue. An astounding cardboard collectible made available in upper end NM/MT condition.
