Mills on Chicago White Sox letterhead outlines Charles Comiskey's desire to bring Mr. Mills to the White Sox franchise should his other plans fall through. The letter is signed by Comiskey is bold black fountain pen ink. The letter exhibits several intersecting folds with a slight tear on the right side and measures approximately 7 1/4" x 9 1/2."
