The #1 card in any set is generally very desirable amongst collectors, and while the Turkey Red issue probably wasn't subjected to rubber band abuse the way cards from the '50s and '60s were, the concept is the same. Hall of Famer Mordecai Brown holds the honor of the pole position in the T3 release, which when combined with the stunning, aesthetically magnificent imagery, makes it very desirable indeed. The tendered example has been graded VG/EX+ 4.5 by PSA, but presents with a level of visual appeal far in advance of the technical assessment.
