The centerpiece of "Baseball's Sad Lexicon" is the subject of the next T3 Turkey Red specimen, graded EX 5 by PSA. Hall of Famer Johnny Evers is one of the handful of horizontal poses in the issue, and also one of the most attractive, with gorgeous color schematics in the sky and a detailed stadium setting in the background. This example bears the grade of EX 5 as determined by PSA, with light, uniform corner wear and a clean reverse, and as of this writing, just 4 examples have graded higher.
