With just 2 graded a half-point higher on the PSA Pop Report, this stunning PSA 7 card of Charles Phillippe is one of the finest in existence, extremely well-centered with barely a hint of chipping along the gold bordered perimeter. The reverse is strong and free of any age spotting. Less than 1% of all T205 issues have graded higher and many of them don't look this good!
