Graded EX 60 (5) by SGC. The one and only example confirmed at its opined grading tier with none graded any higher by the New Jersey based grading company. A deep boldly colored blue surrounds the period lithographed image of baseball and hobby immortal Honus Wagner in a pose that is reminiscent of the famed T206 collectible. Precisely centered both left to right as well as top to bottom, the image of the great batsman seems to have an almost piercing quality about it. The four corners are well formed and still retain a quality far superior to that which is usually encountered on cards from this issue with only a mild roundness at the very tips of the corners. The reverse is well imaged with exceptional print quality as well as no noticeable staining or defects. A much desired card that survives as the highest graded specimen of its kind, offered in outstanding and alluring EX condition.
