Offered is a perfectly centered specimen of Orval's scarce PC805 issue that presents at the EX level but has been deemed VG 3 by SGC due to a hardly bothersome two-pronged wrinkle just below "Overall" and extending to the bottom edge. 1 of just 2 in its grade with 0 higher at SGC, with none known to PSA.
