"Big Dan" Brouthers won 5 batting titles from 1882-1892, and his career .342 batting average ranks 9th on the all-time list. A Hall of Famer since 1945, Brouthers is featured on this rare 1887 Old Judge issue, graded PSA 3. The understandably rounded corners surround a very visible image of the 19th Century star, bolstered by an unusually clean reverse for the issue. A tough Hall of Fame card for the advanced collector!
