A pretty fair base stealer who also clouted 14 home runs in 1887, leftfielder George Wood is shown swiping a base on this horizontally formatted 1887 Buchner Gold Coin card. Centered toward the northeast horizontally, the card appears superior to the grade but shows marking on the back that looks like erased writing. A great card for the budget-minded type collector.
