An amazing piece of Americana, penned the same year that the U. S. Constitution was ratified, this one page note is dated June 6th, 1788 and requests a bounty of 25 shillings for killing a wolf, signed by Thomas Scott, a county clerk who later served as a U.S. Congressman from Pennsylvania from 1789-1791.
