With desirable RC issues of Henry Aaron, Ernie Banks, and Al Kaline, the 1954 Topps set has long been a favorite among vintage collectors. The '54 design was novel in that it featured Topps' first attempt at miniature in-action player cut-outs juxtaposed over color portraits before vibrant backgrounds of orange, green, red, yellow, blue, and white. Offered is a nice entry level to mid-grade assemblage of cards that complete the 1954 Topps set. Two cards are graded, #201 Al Kaline RC and 250 Ted Williams, both SCD 4 VG/EX. Other key cards include: #1 T. Williams GOOD, 10 J. Robinson VG/EX stain, 30 Mathews VG, 32 Snider EX, 50 Berra VG, 94 Banks RC G/VG with pin holes, 90 Mays VG and 128 Aaron RC VG/EX. The remainder of the set is 10% EX/MT, 50% EX, 35% VG/EX, and 5% VG.
