Graded NM/MT 8 by PSA. Here's a 1969 Topps offering of the "Ryan Express" that shows many pack-fresh qualities that belie the assigned technical grade. The surface is awash with bold primary and secondary colors and an ample dosage of original factory gloss makes this second-year Ryan pasteboard gleam. Borders are white as can be and corners approach MINT status overall. A modest centering preference for the west must be preventing a loftier assessment.
