Still intact after over a century, this T216 People's Tobacco/Kotton Cigarettes card of Topsy Hartsel has caused PSA to expand their pop report, adding this example to the list where none have previously been graded before. Heavy creasing and staining on the reverse from being mounted in an album is evident, but there's no significant paper loss and the deep color of the blue backdrop elevates the look immensely.
