Here's another rare T213 Coupon Cigarettes card, this time featuring HOFer Joe Tinker, that gives off a VG/EX to EX appearance but is graded PSA 2 (MC) due to some light surface wrinkles common to the issue. The qualifier seems harsh as the lettering on the bottom is barely cut off at the edge, which is narrow to begin with. At this grade level, it would be difficult to find a better looking example.
