Signed with his trademark "NEVER QUIT" inscription on the cover, each of these two Newsweek magazines are autographed by Robert J. O'Neill, United States Navy SEAL credited with having killed Osama bin Laden in May 2011's "Operation Neptune Spear." The FBI's #1 most wanted appears on one of the Newsweek magazines with the Twin Towers on the other, both magazines released within weeks of the Sept. 2011 event. Each autographed magazine has a COA from PSA.
