Johnny Mize appeared in 10 All-Star games during his 15-year career and was a valuable component in the Yankees' unprecedented five consecutive World Series titles. With a career batting average of .312, coupled 359 home runs and 1337 RBI, he was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1981. This '52 Topps example, graded NM/MT 8 by PSA, shows adequate centering with clean, white borders and corners that meet or surpass the NM/MT plateau. Just 3 examples have graded higher at PSA out of over 630 total submissions.
