Presented is a brilliant example of Jose Santiago’s 1956 Topps card, graded MINT 9 by PSA. Sporting tremendous color and registration along with dead-perfect centering and clean, white borders, it is difficult to determine exactly what is keeping this one from GEM MINT status. This is 1 of 8 with just 1 higher on the PSA pop report.
