Recently graded PSA 8 NM/MT. Up for auction is a near perfectly centered example of "The Scooter's" challenging 1953 Topps short-print. Nearly 600 copies have been submitted to PSA for review, and just 1 single masterpiece has surfaced in MINT 9 condition, with just 2 examples on record in the NM/MT+ 8.5 class. NM/MT+ to even MINT corners join NM/MT edges around a NM/MT obverse to make this brilliantly registered near-blazer a contender for higher consideration. At the very least, we'll call it high-end!
