Among the most notoriously difficult cards from the 1954 Topps set, this superior specimen of Gene Woodling's card #101 has earned distinction as the first and only NM/MT+ 8.5 example on record at PSA. A minor touch to the reverse top left corner combines with a tolerable centering preference for the northwest corner to preclude the mark of MINT 9 from PSA, as every other facet appears strong enough for higher consideration. Clean and precisely registered, a perfect example to satisfy your meticulous Set Registry standards.
