High-grade set-builders know how difficult it is to score a PSA 8 example of card #7 Jim Hegan. The corners and edges show minor imperfections under magnification at two endpoints but still meet or surpass grade specifications. The centering, often the main culprit that knocks Hegan cards out of high-grade consideration, is close to perfect and the stray print prone yellow backdrop is virtually spotless. Only 4 have graded higher at PSA.
