Stanley George Miller, better known as Stanley Mouse, is the long-time artist for the Grateful Dead, creating many of the band's psychedelic concert posters and album covers. His artwork is also featured on many Journey album covers as well as The Grand Illusion by Styx. Along with Alton Kelley, he is credited with creating the iconic skull and roses imagery that is integral to the Grateful Dead imagery. Offered here is an original pencil sketch of the famous dancing bear, with his unmistakable signature at the lower right. Visible area is approximately 11 1/4" x 13" and is framed at 17 1/2" x 21". A fantastic piece of original artwork deserving a home in any Deadhead's collection.
