Offered is one of the most delightful examples of Frank Robinson's notoriously imperfect 1957 Topps rookie issue that we've ever seen! Reassuringly smooth edges meet at near-perfect corners around an accurately centered image for the issue that shows limited traces of the pesky print snow so common to 1957 Topps card #35. Very accurately registered for the issue as well, with deep, clean colors throughout. The reverse mirrors the front in its upscale appearance with noticeably bold red and blue print. Non-existent in PSA 10 GEM MINT condition, this PSA 9 example of the 1966 AL Triple Crown winner's rookie issue may well be be the single finest example in existence.
