Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the midsummer classic, the "M & M Boys" Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris met for a reunion and autographed this OML (Kuhn) ball from the 1983 all-star game. Much like Ruth and Gehrig did a half-century prior, Mantle's star-quality allows him to grab the sweet spot while Maris happily takes the panel to the left of the stamp, each delivering a signature in clean, bold ballpoint pen of solid "8" strength. With Maris' passing in 1985, it's likely one of the last orbs that mantle and Maris signed together. Full LOA from JSA.
