Many great athletes from other sports have had an admiration for "The Sweet Science," none more so than Babe Ruth. "The Babe" was often seen attending prize fights and the featured item, a Hinchliffe Stadium amateur boxing ticket, is dated July 1, 1946 and houses an incredibly clean and bold signature of Babe Ruth. With the event taking place just a little more than two years prior to his passing and about the time when he was already diagnosed with throat cancer, Babe still took the time to oblige his loyal fans with an autograph upon request. A fantastic and unique piece that belongs in an advanced autograph collection. LOA from JSA.
