Fatima Cigarettes was known for putting out advertising posters, changing the format to cater to the current events in each baseball city. This 18 1/2" x 12 1/2" poster likely hung in a shop somewhere in New York, offering snapshots of the National League opening series between the New York Giants and Brooklyn Superbas. The poster shows heavy fold marks on the reverse which aren't nearly as pronounced on the front. A piece of baseball history over a century old!
