This 2002 SP Legendary Cuts SP Legendary Bat Barrel card is one of only three issued (this is 2/3) and features one of the most tantalizing sights that any baseball aficionado could ever lay their sights on, the facsimile signature of Babe Ruth on a piece of lumber that comes directly from the barrel of one of "The Bambino's" game-used bats. Who knows how many round-trippers the Babe posted with that particular piece of lumber, but it's safe to say that it saw its share of success as the Babe rarely walked off the diamond empty-handed. Beckett has authenticated and encapsulated the museum-quality piece. It's an amazing piece of baseball history!
