Jerry Rice is widely regarded as the greatest wide receiver ever and one of the greatest players in NFL history. The all-time leader in every major statistical category for wide receivers and the all-time NFL leader in touchdowns scored with 208, Rice was selected to the Pro Bowl thirteen times, and named All-Pro eleven times in his 20 NFL seasons. He won three Super Bowl rings playing for the San Francisco 49ers and an AFC Championship with the Oakland Raiders. Offered is an autographed Jerry Rice 49ers jersey, game-used on September 11th, 1994 vs. the Kansas City Chiefs. Rice went on to lead the NFL with 1,499 receiving yards in 1994 and led the 49ers to victory in Super Bowl XXIX. The jersey has the proper Wilson exclusivity label and size 46 flag on the front left tail, with all numerals and “RICE” name plate tackle twill stitched. A large, black sharpie signature of Rice appears on the reverse side. Accompanying the jersey is a signed letter by Chiefs linebacker Derrick Thomas, stating that the jersey was autographed and given to him by Rice following the game in Kansas City.
