One might think that being a Major League baseball pitcher would require the full use of two hands. Not the case with Jim Abbott, who despite being born without a right hand, forged a solid career for himself in the bigs, playing for the Angels, Yankees, White Sox and Brewers from 1989-1999. As if this weren't impressive enough, Jim threw a no-hitter against the Cleveland Indians in 1993! Offered here is a game-used ball from that contest, signed on the sweet spot by Abbott and inscribed "9/4/93 No Hitter!" The ball and autograph have been authenticated and graded by PSA/DNA, with the signature earning an 8 and the ball being assigned a 4 for a final overall grade of EX/MT 6. Deserving of a place in any autograph collection, this truly unique item is a terrific homage to one of the game's fiercest competitors who truly has overcome adversity.
