Prior to his introduction on the 1984 USA Olympic baseball team, slugger Mark McGwire got his feet wet on tour with the USA National Team, which featured Ken Caminiti, Will Clark, Barry Larkin, B. J. Surhoff and Greg Swindell in addition to "Big Mac." The featured jersey was worn by McGwire during the USA tour, the tuneup for the Olympic team, confirmed by the man himself with an autograph on the left chest that displays the inscription, "USA TOUR 84." A Mizuno World Win tag is inside the collar and the powder-blue garment exhibits heavy staining, most prominent on the left sleeve. A significant, and no doubt patriotic, jersey of one of baseball's greatest longball hitters. LOA from Mile High Card Company.
