Known for running out of the current wrapper and having to pull surplus wrappers from the previous year out of storage, presented is a gigantic group of (80) 1980 Topps football rack packs that have the cards housed in the previous year's 1979 Topps wrapper. But let's be clear, these are 1980 packs so you won't be pulling Earl Campbell's RC out of these. However, debut examples of Phil Simms and Lester Hayes are a virtual certainty.
