With the highly-prized rookie card of Hall of Famer Ken Dryden leading the way, the clean and colorful 1971-72 Topps hockey set contains only 132 cards but is packed with Hall of Famers like Phil Esposito, Bobby Hull, Gordie Howe, Bobby Orr, Henri Richard, and Stan Mikita. The featured complete assemblage ranks #18 on the PSA Set Registry with an impressive 8.32 set rating with 42 cards graded PSA 9, most notably #70 Howe, 114 Clarke, and 120 H. Richard with #35 Bucyk, 37 Delvecchio, 84 Mahovlich, and 131 Parent also receiving the MINT assessment. Every other card in the set is graded PSA 8. It should be noted that the Gordie Howe card has never graded GEM MINT with PSA, making this PSA 9 example the highest graded on record with the California grading company. This is an amazing world-class collection worthy of your consideration if you're a vintage hockey aficionado.
