Just like with the 1971 Topps regular card set, the issue of Thurman Munson in the more elusive Greatest Moments series of the same year is difficult to find in high-grade, especially since it was tabbed as card #1 of the series. While the centering toward the bottom edge prevents a higher grade, the grade is already plenty impressive, bested by just one other with 7 matching it at the NM level. Nothing more than mild chipping commensurate with a slightly higher grade helps to bring this card to the seldom-seen PSA 7 level.
