Imagine a GEM MINT 1971 Topps card, black borders perfectly intact with that factory-fresh gloss shimmering off of the surface. Well, who's to say what might be waiting inside this unopened wax pack, earning an amazing grade of GAI 9 MINT. Of course, you'd be opening it at your own discretion, but with so many examples from the set that have yet to earn GEM MINT status and others that sell for astronomical prices in NM/MT and MINT grade, it sure does seem tempting.
