Al Kaline is one of only a small handful of players to go straight from High School to the big leagues without ever playing a single game of minor league baseball. The move paid off for the Tigers, and in just his 3rd season, he became the youngest player to ever win a batting title. He proceeded to play his entire 22-year career with Detroit amassing 18 All-Star game appearances, and 10 gold gloves awards, as well as, a World Championship in 1968. Centered a hair to the left of perfect, the image of Kaline in the on-deck circle at Yankee stadium is supported by MINT endpoints and a generous helping of reflective gloss.
