Touted as an oversized spin-off of the immensely popular Wacky Packages series, the 36-card Wacky Ads collection consists of 30 cards that spoof a single product and six others that show a satirical quartet of products. Not without its share of drama, card #25 Good and Empty was pulled from the set early in the production run and is extremely scarce, much like the famed 1954 Bowman Ted Williams baseball card. However, Ted Williams was replaced by Jim Piersall as card #66 of the '54 Bowman set while the Good and Empty card was not replaced, making it extremely difficult to complete the set. Featured here is an incredible near complete wax box with 21 of the 24 packs, including one pack that shows the scarce Good and Empty card on top. Of course, that means if we know there's one for sure, there's likely to be more. The packs have been examined, authenticated and wrapped by Steve Hart (BBCE) and are in NM to NM/MT condition.
