Before reaching superstardom with the New York Knicks, here's Earl "The Pearl" Monroe being featured in the rare 22-card 1968 Topps Test set. The perimeter and surface quality are above grade to counterbalance the usual centering bias. With just three others at the NM level and only one graded higher, it's an amazing specimen for any advanced collector.
