The 1967 die cut punch out stickers were the first series of Wacky Packages released by Topps, with artwork primarily done by Norm Saunders. The set originally consisted of 44 titles, but as time went on, due to cease and desist letters, several had to be pulled from production and replaced with duplicate titles, and amongst those was #32 Ratz Crackers, which was replaced by Weakies, which had already appeared as card #17. The offered example has been graded EX 5 by PSA, due to light touches to the lower two tips, but the punch out remains intact overall visual appeal is tremendous.
