Quickly becoming one of the most popular pasteboards of the 1964 Topps series, especially in such an elevated grade, offered is a truly outstanding example of the all-time hit king Pete Rose, making his second appearance on a Topps card. Precisely centered with a glistening layer of original gloss that protects the perfect registration and myriad of clean colors that make up the central image, which is void of even the slightest hindrance of print, even in the exceptionally vulnerable black nameplate at the bottom. The four corners each jut out to perfect points of distinction and clearly bypass the minimum requirements for a MINT grade. The reverse is perfectly printed in Tennessee orange with not a chip to be found. A tremendous card of one of the greatest hitters the game has ever known, offered in MINT condition.
