While his 1955 Topps rookie card is gold standard for baseball card connoisseurs, the 1964 Topps Stand-Up issue also garners significant attention when offered at this grade level. Presented here as an admirable PSA 8 specimen which appears better to the naked eye than the PSA evaluation would indicate. The unforgiving green and yellow borders fail to expose much in the way of imperfection while the surface is equally as pristine. The corners all have the slightest of chipping fiber fraying that can really only be seen with high-powered help. A top-notch example at the NM/MT level.
