Projecting an overall appearance more in line with a grade of PSA 6, which is thrilling because only one specimen exists in a grade that high, this extremely rare NL Batting Leaders card from the 1962 Venezuela Topps series is graded PSA 2 due to a crease that runs horizontally across the pasteboard through Clemente's mouth. The crease tends to blend in with the yellow backdrop and is not easy to see on the front and extremely difficult on the back. A very, very pleasing find for any collector looking to put together a complete Clemente collection.
