Coming off of an impressive 25 homer rookie campaign, Hall of Famer Billy Williams returns on this well-centered and virtually chip-free PSA 8 graded card from the always difficult 1962 Topps series. Three of the four corners appear strong enough for at least another half-grade with the image quality of the up and coming Chicago superstar is spot on. A high-end example.
