We believe (and have nothing conclusive to go on) that Topps designed the 1961 Dice Game collection, printed two or maybe three sets for volunteers to try the game, and made a few revisions in writing on the reverse of some cards so that it would be more statistically accurate but ultimately scrapped the project with the printed sets being the only evidence of their existence. The featured card of Norm Siebern is the first and only example known and checks in at a high grade of PSA 4, spared any changes on the reverse so there's no writing to be seen. Without a doubt, this is the rarest Topps product there is and the opportunity to land a high-quality Dice Game card for your valuable collection may not come again for a long time!
